Barclays cuts rates on resi and reward ranges

Barclays has reduced rates across select products within its residential and reward ranges’.

Notable cuts include the 95 per cent LTV five-year fix from 3.63 per cent to 3.53 per cent. This offering is for purchase only, and includes a £1,000 cashback with a maximum loan value of £365,000.

The lender has also cut rates on the 60 per cent LTV five-year fixed rate product, from 2.03 per cent to 1.99 per cent. This product is for purchase only, has no fee and a maximum loan of £1m.

The 75 per cent LTV two-year fix has been reduced from 1.54 per cent to 1.52 per cent. This product is for purchase or remortgage, has £999 product fee and a maximum loan value of £1m.

In addition, the 55 per cent LTV two-year fix London Help to Buy product has been reduced from 1.81 per cent to 1.75 per cent. This offering does not include a fee, has a maximum loan value of £330,000, and is for purchase only.

Furthermore, the 75 per cent LTV two-year fix ‘green home HTB’ has been sliced from 1.58 per cent to 1.55 per cent. This product is for purchase only, has a £749 fee and a £450,000 maximum loan value.
