All Types of Mortgages has launched a CRM system with built in specialist mortgage sourcing.

‘AToM Together’ requires brokers to input information just once to enquire, DIP, source, produce KFIs and download pre-populated lender application forms.

Audit trails can be downloaded and brokers can upload documents, track a case, send emails and receive text message updates.

The system is integrated with Twenty7Tec’s sourcing system.

AToM managing director Dale Jannels says: “Dale Jannels, Managing Director at AToM said, “Like most businesses AToM has looked a number of different solutions to assist both ourselves and our broker introducers when it comes to specialist lending.

“Having reviewed the market, we decided to write and commission our own new CRM from scratch allowing us to control, change and enhance as needed with immediate implementation. We’ve called it AToM Together as our ethos encompasses a desire to work together with intermediaries, network partners and lenders.”

Twenty7Tec managing director James Tucker says: “We are delighted to have been selected by AToM to work with them to provide sophisticated and accurate mortgage sourcing to all of their stakeholders.

“We have been hugely impressed with the new point of sale system that AToM have developed internally, and having our sourcing seamlessly integrated into that will offer numerous benefits and efficiencies, for both AToM staff, and introducers.”
