Atom Bank has added two regional business development managers to its intermediary team.

Tim Gunning will be covering London and the South East and Karen McGrath, will be covering the North West and Northern Ireland.

Formerly, Gunning was a BDM for Lloyds Banking Group before working at Skipton Intermediaries for three years.

McGrath worked as a commercial account manager at Mellor’s Group for three years, before joining Key Retirement as a BDM.

Atom Bank director of retail mortgages Maria Harris says: “Brokers have told us they value good BDMs, which is why we only recruit the very best to join our team.”

The lender now has seven field-based BDMs and seven telephone-based BDMs.
