Accord launches lower LTV five-year fixes

Accord Mortgages is launching new five-year fixed rate products at 75 and 80 per cent with an £845 fee.

The lender is also cutting rates on its existing five-year fixed rate products by up to 0.65 per cent and on its three-year fixes by up to 0.25 per cent.

Accord’s fee-free products at 75 per cent LTV will be increased by 0.05 per cent.

The lender will withdraw all its 65 per cent LTV products.

All the residential products give £250 cashback on completion and include a free valuation.
