Accord cuts rates on five-year fixes

Accord Mortgages has reduced rates on its five-year fixed rate buy-to-let products.

Highlights include the lender cutting the 60 per cent LTV five-year fix from 2.24 per cent to 2.19 per cent.

This offer is for purchase only and has £500 cashback, free valuation and a £950 product fee.

In addition, Accord has reduced rates on the 60 per cent LTV five-year fixed rate product from 2.24 per cent to 2.19 per cent.

This product is for remortgage, and includes £250 cashback, free legals, free valuation and a £950 product fee.

Accord Buy to Let product manager Toni Roberts comments: “Five-year fixed rate products continue to be hugely popular with landlords looking for additional stability in the current climate.

“We have responded to the demand by improving rates on a range of products, demonstrating our continued commitment to support brokers, listen to their feedback and respond.”
