3mc relaunches 90% residential loan with no packager fee


Mortgage distributor 3mc is relaunching a 90 per cent LTV residential mortgage with no packager fee.

The deal was first launched in April this year to mark 3mc’s appointment to Kensington’s packager panel.

But now it is now being offered with either a 4.99 per cent two-year fix or 5.29 per cent three-year fix.

The product is available through Home Loan Partnership, The Right Mortgage and Protection Network, Sesame and Stonebridge Network.

It is also available to directly authorised members of the PMS Mortgage Club.

3mc director Doug Hall says: “This deal has proven to be very popular and I’m therefore delighted to announce its relaunch today. Not only is it offering a choice of a two or three year fixed rates to 90 per cent LTV, but the packaging fee is also being waived. There is also an option providing a free valuation, no completion fee and free legals on remortgages.”

Kensington head of sales and distribution Steve Griffiths says: “I have no doubt it will be well received by both brokers and their clients.”
