More 2 Life hires director of funding and product development


Equity Release lender More 2 Life has hired Roland Steere as director of funding and product development.

Steere (pictured) has more than 15 years experience in the financial services sector and most recently held a senior derivatives structuring role at Santander Global Banking and Markets, where he specialised in developing solutions for pension funds and life insurance companies.

Prior to this, Steere was an Investment Consultant for Aon Hewitt advising pension schemes on their investment strategy.

More 2 Life says Steere will help the lender to ‘innovate and diversify’ in the equity release market.

Chief executive Dave Harris says: “Roland’s appointment is a crucial step in helping to enhance more 2 life’s position in the industry as an innovative lender. His extensive and varied experience will undoubtedly make him an invaluable member of the team, as we seek to expand our range of products and services.”
