Yorkshire Building Society launches 3.29% deal
Yorkshire Building Society has launched a two-year fixed rate deal at 3.29% as an alternative to its existing low fee product.

The 3.29% product is available at up to 60% LTV with a £1,195 fee, meaning borrowers have the choice of a higher fee and lower rate, and vice versa.
The Yorkshire already has a two-year fixed rate deal at 3.59% with a £495 fee.
The building society is also launched a two-year tracker at 2.49%, or Bank of England base rate plus 1.99%.
It is available up to 60% LTV with a £1,195 fee.
All products come with free valuation and legal fees for remortgage customers and an offset version is also available.
Tom Girling, product manager for mortgages at the Yorkshire, says: “We have been cutting rates across our range over the past month, making mortgages more affordable for those looking to get onto the property ladder or who are ready to remortgage onto a more competitive deal.”
The products are available online and from Yorkshire Building Society branches.
