We need to move on from the downfall of Mortgage Times

I am a former appointed representative of The Mortgage Times Group and am owed a five-figure sum in unpaid commissions. But I am sure the loss to directors Chris May and Paul Carmody is far greater than mine.

We all make mistakes in business but I think the collapse of the mortgage market played a huge part in Mortgage Times’ demise.

The network tried to turn things around with direct payments. I remember the good times too when we were paid on exchange. We all need to move on, as should May and Carmody with their latest venture.

I just hope we are paid via Legal & General on the business that completed in December and due to complete in January.
