Unbiased.co.uk's networking service goes live

Unbiased.co.uk’s networking service which allows brokers, IFAs, and solicitors to link up with each other has gone live today.
The Professional Connections service allows advisers and solicitors to link up with other businesses locally and across the UK who would otherwise be outside their usual professional network.
The service provides access to a range of professional advisers, generating new business leads, mutually beneficial joint ventures and quality referrals.
Since September when the service was first announced there has been over 60 searches from interested professionals.
To access this service advisers and solicitors need to subscribe to Unbiased.co.uk’s enhanced advertising package, which costs an annual fee of £249.
Brokers, IFAs, and legal firms that subscribe to this advertising package will receive an enhanced, colour listing on the consumer ‘find an IFA’, ‘find a mortgage adviser’ and ‘find a solicitor’ searches; and a profile on the Professional Connections page.
Package subscribers also receive monthly email updates with the number of enquirers have viewed an entry or clicked on any part of the adviser’s profile.
Karen Barrett, chief executive of Unbiased.co.uk, says: “Professional Connections allows IFAs, mortgage advisers and solicitors to reach beyond their traditional networks.
“It is also a cost effective marketing tool to help professionals to promote themselves to consumers in an increasingly tough financial environment.”
She adds: “Professional Connections will further improve the opportunities available to IFAs, mortgage advisers and solicitors to receive new business leads that could otherwise be lost.”
