TrigoldCrystal claims 73% of mortgage sourcing market

The latest Mortgages Achilles survey for UK mortgage lenders shows that 73% of brokers use TrigoldCrystal’s Prospector system for sourcing.
The Mortgage Achilles survey by BDRC is an annual independent survey on trends in the mortgage market and is commissioned by major lenders.
Tony Wornell, director at BDRC says: “This is the sixth consecutive year that TrigoldCrystal has come out on top as the UK’s most popular mortgage sourcing system. The 2010 survey shows them maintaining their dominance with over seven out of 10 brokers surveyed using TrigoldCrystal sourcing, three times their nearest competitor.”
Jon Whitmore, CEO of TrigoldCrystal, says: “There are a lot of innovations being made in mortgage products at the moment and we are looking forward to continuing our tradition of being one step ahead of the others when it comes to making sure these products are sourced accurately.”

I have been using Trigold for many years and while satisfactory for Residential cases feel they could do with better appreciation of buy to let sourcing, fact finding and suitability letters.
