Paymentshield revamps intermediary website

Paymentshield has launched a new intermediary website which it says will offer an improved service to its registered agents.
It says the site brings together its Intertia quote and apply system and supporting information to provide a comprehensive resource for brokers.
James Watson, sales director at Paymentshield, says that earlier in the year the firm separated the content of its website into dedicated customer and intermediary sections, and it has now revamped the intermediary section.
He says: “Our current Inertia system has been extremely popular with brokers so we’ve made every effort to carry across all the positives from the old system through to the new website.
“Advisers who have already had the opportunity to view the new site have been pleased to see minimal changes to Inertia’s quick and easy quote and apply process but they welcomed key changes to enhance general accessibility and usability.
“We are committed to helping brokers support their customers and developing a new website which offers a fully online quote and apply system reinforces our overall objective.”
