IntelliFlo launches Intelligent Office system for brokers

IntelliFlo has launched a dedicated version of its Intelligent Office system for mortgage brokers.
The online point-of-sale system gives users access to Mortgage Brain and is integrated with the main mortgage and protection sourcing systems, which IntelliFlo says negates the need to re-key information between different providers.
Until now, the system was aimed primarily at pension and investment advisers who did a small number of mortgages, but from today mortgage brokers will be able to use a dedicated section.
IntelliFlo says the system is suitable for mortgage operations of all sizes, including networks, large brokerages and sole traders.
The cost of a monthly licence for the system has been reduced from £75 to £50 plus VAT for individual users and from £125 to £50 for administrators.
Sophie Hall, director of business development at IntelliFlo, says: “We believe this new mortgage functionality is exactly what the market needs.
“By running their business through a simple log-in, advisers can remove the costly overheads associated with an in-house IT capability and users can access information about their business and their clients any time and from any location.
“This gives not only flexibility to mortgage professionals but also brings all of their needs within a single operating system.”
