Home Buyer Systems launches marketing tool

Home Buyer Systems has unveiled a new best buy marketing tool for its users

This system is available to existing users or as a stand alone facility for those that do not already subscribe to Home Buyer or HBSLite.  A free trial of the best buy tables is available from the Home Buyer website.

The best buy mortgage tables can show details for various sections of the mortgage market.  For example, they can show top products for purchase, remortgage, buy to let, high LTVs, etc. and leave out information that would allow the potential customer to go direct to lenders.  The system provides simple tools to generate the tables and then put them into formats such as targeted marketing literature, web sites, mailings, etc, to provide a self sufficient, cost effective  lead generation system and boost business levels.

Richard Angliss, managing director of Home Buyer Systems, says: “We are dedicated to the intermediary market and are constantly seeking ways to deliver improved services to mortgage brokers.  Rather than encouraging borrowers to source their own mortgages and go direct to lenders, we firmly believe that mortgage brokers have a valuable role in advising and helping borrowers across the whole market – including the provision of direct-to-lender deals. This, of course, will be vital if the FSA’s MMR proposed definition of “Independent” is adopted.  Again Home Buyer has delivered for intermediaries when others only make promises of future developments.

“Our fully comprehensive database of whole-of-market and intermediary products has enabled us to develop this innovative service for brokers, through which they can effectively market their capabilities to the general public and increase their lead-generation success rate.  Working in partnership with brokers to increase their business levels helps our own business to grow – so it provides true synergy within the intermediary mortgage sector.”
