DMGI acquires Calnea Analytics

DMG Information Group has announced the acquisition of Calnea Analytics today.
Calnea, which provides residential property information and advanced data modelling, will become part of Landmark Information Group, a provider of land and property search information.
Stephen Stout, spokesperson for DMGI says: “Calnea has a valuable set of skills and information that will enable us to deliver sophisticated property management tools to surveyors, risk and fraud managers, and the broader financial markets.
“Calnea will run as an independent business within the group, and we will continue to work closely with other valuation technology providers.”

Calnea’s services are fully approved by major credit ratings agencies and provide statistical consultancy to Land Registry and data products to mortgage lenders.
