App to offer find-a-broker service

Mortgage Brain is to launch a mobile phone application with a ’find-a-broker’ feature.
At the Expo last week Mark Lofthouse, chief executive officer of Mortgage Brain, announced plans to launch the app for iPhones, android devices and iPads in Q1 2012.
Brokers who use Mortgage Brain’s sourcing system will be able to feature on the app, which also allows consumers to compare mortgages free of charge.
Lofthouse told delegates: “Nobody is putting mortgages in a professional way on mobile devices at the moment so we have decided to go for it.”
