Abbey revamps website

Abbey for Intermediaries has relaunched its website in a bid to make it easier for intermediaries to navigate.

The intermediary lender has redesigned the appearance and layout of its website, which it says will improve the navigational experience for users and reduce the number of clickthroughs required.

The move follows the launch of a secure document upload tool in June, allowing intermediaries to upload and submit supporting case documents as well as advise on changes to applications. It says over 56% of documents are now submitted this way.

Miguel Sard, managing director at Abbey for Intermediaries, says: “We want to make it even easier for intermediaries to do business with us and the latest enhancements to our website are designed to support intermediaries by making it quicker and easier for them to find the information they need online. The launch of our document upload tool and service page earlier in the year was very well received by our intermediary partners and we believe the site’s improved navigational experience will prove equally popular.”
