3mc launches virtual mortgage desk

3mc has launched a virtual mortgage desk which gives mortgage brokers access to a knowledge base of information about the lenders on both its club and packager panels.
Intermediaries can check rates, lending criteria and obtain information about how to submit business.
If brokers require further information, they can live chat with 3mc’s mortgage desk staff by clicking on the live chat button within the virtual mortgage desk or on the homepage.
Brokers can access information about Aldermore, BM Solutions, I Group, Kensington, MBS Lending, Precise Mortgages and Tiuta bridge-to-let.
Doug Hall, director of 3mc, says: “It’s become increasingly apparent to us that brokers want to be able to easily compare and contrast rates, criteria and other product information between a number of lenders. Our virtual mortgage desk, which is the first of its type in the UK, enables brokers to do just that.
“Brokers can browse information by lender, by product type or by subject area. The virtual mortgage desk is available 24/7, but if a brokers does want to talk through the details of a specific case, they can ‘live chat’ with one of our mortgage experts.
“Initial feedback from brokers has been excellent and we hope they find this a useful additional resource which not only saves them time, but also helps them place cases which are not an obvious fit with high street lenders.”
