Mint teams up with Cheshire Mortgage Corporation

Mint Financial Services has partnered with Cheshire Mortgage Corporation to offer the firm’s range of mortgage products to its 300 IFA members.

Cheshire Mortgage Corporation, the residential lending arm of Blemain Group, will provide Mint’s members with its range of regulated mortgage contracts including a 100% shared ownership product.

The company says it already has relationships with several of the packagers used by Mint’s members

Gary Bailey, director of Cheshire Mortgage Corporation, says: “We are delighted that Mint IFAs will have access to our range of residential mortgage products.

“Cheshire Mortgage Corporation maintains a strong appetite for new business and we are confident that our criteria will prove to be of great benefit to the members of these networks, providing them with a genuine alternative to mainstream lenders.”

John Hayden, product and services director for Intrinsic Group, parent company of Mint Financial Services, says”“Cheshire Mortgage Corporation offers an extensive product range with plans to suit borrowers that do not fit the criteria offered by other lenders.

“By making these products available to Mint IFAs we are providing them with more choice and additional options to meet their clients’ needs.”
