BLG appoints property risk director

Development finance lender BLG, has appointed Neil Richardson, formerly a real estate director at Interbay Funding, as its new property risk director.
Stuart Parfitt, managing director of BLG, says: “I’m delighted to welcome Neil to the BLG team. Neil brings with him a wealth of property risk experience, being an MRICS chartered surveyor and having worked for large lenders over the past 10 years.”
Richardson will be responsible for formulating property and development risk strategy and policy. He will also work with BLG’s developer partners to understand their project requirements and provide support to them from a risk and funding perspective.
