Spare a thought for town that bears the burden of job cuts

Having read on Mortgage Strategy Online that Skipton has placed 90 of its staff at risk of redundancy I think readers should spare a thouht for the residents of the town of Skipton.

It is a small place that relies heavily on the mutual and HML for employment. It’s about time companies thought about the bigger picture.
