SLS ties up with Intrinsic
Intrinsic advisers will be able to access SLS’ first and second-charge lending panels as well as its whole of market bridging and large loans panels.
They will also be able to access SLS via the e-trading site ezy.co.uk and transact business online 24/7.
Rob Jupp, managing director of SLS, adds: "We have been hugely impressed with Intrinsic’s senior management team, professionalism and appetite to lend in a challenging market. We look forward to working with them."
Jupp adds that with the sub-prime market effectively dead, the term packager is now redundant.
He says that firms like SLS would be better described as specialist portals from which advisers can access a wide range of products.
Kevin Ronaldson, chief executive of Intrinsic, says: "The fact that Jupp is involved is a big attraction for us as his experience in the market is second-to-none."
