Brightstar adds Prestige Finance to panel

Brightstar Financial has added second charge mortgage lender Prestige Finance to its Premier panel.
Rob Jupp, managing director of Brightstar Financial, says: “We have been trying to work with Simon and his Prestige team for almost two years now as we are aware that they absolutely fill a niche that no one else is able to do currently. We are also aware that their team are both committed and determined to assist clients in a responsible and ethical way with fair value lending.”
Jupp says Prestige has easy to understand lending criteria, which allows for lending to borrowers with adverse credit, mortgage arrears and with no additional restrictions when lending to the self-employed.
