RPS appoints head of operations

Residential Property Solutions has appointed Guy Todd as head of operations.
Todd takes responsibility for streamlining all processes and procedures at RPS, from initial enquiry through to underwriting and completion. His remit also includes overseeing preparations for the implementation of full FSA regulation of the sale and rent back market in June 2010.
Prior to joining RPS, Todd was head of credit and risk at Mars Capital Finance and prior to that he was director of credit at Infinity Mortgages and head of credit at Mortgages PLC.
Peter Beaumont, chief executive at RPS, says: “Todd’s extensive experience will be invaluable in ensuring we deliver a consistently high quality and reliable service and helping us prepare for the onset of the full regulatory regime in June next year.”
