FSA confirms transfer of business of Kent Reliance to OneSavings
The Financial Services Authority has confirmed the transfer of the business of Kent Reliance Building Society to OneSavings plc under the Building Societies Act 1986.
In October Kent Reliance Building Society signed a conditional transfer agreement to move its assets and liabilities to new firm OneSavings plc.
The agreement, between OneSavings plc and Kent Reliance Provident Society, is part of the mutual’s restructuring deal with private equity firm JC Flowers.
