RBSIP launches new rates

RBS Intermediary Partners is rolling out rates on a number of its fixed rate and tracker mortgages from September 6.
These include a First Active two-year fixed rate at 6.34% from 6.54% and a five-year fixed rate reduced to 5.94% from 6.14% with a £699 arrangement fee. Both deals are available for remortgage at a maximum of 75% LTV.
RBS has also raised the rate on its two-year tracker available at up to 90% LTV from 6.19% to 6.24% with a £999 arrangement fee.
