Godiva launches buy-to-let range
Godiva Mortgages has launched a range of buy-to-let products with rates starting from 4.35%.
The range includes a three-year fixed rate deal at 5.35% at up to 60% LTV.
It comes with a booking fee of £250 and an arrangement fee of £800, with no early repayment charges.
Godiva says this is the only buy-to-let product available without ERCs.
The buy-to-let range also includes a tracker at 4.35%, or Bank of England base rate plus 3.85%, at up to 60% LTV and a 5.50% flexible product at up to 70% LTV.
All buy-to-let mortgages in Godiva’s range come with a free valuation of up to £680.
Coventry Building Society, which owns Godiva, has also cut its three-year fixed rate deal by 0.24%to 4.25%.
The product is available up to 75% LTV and comes with a £199 booking fee and a £800 arrangement fee.
There is also a two-year tracker at 2.69%, or base plus 2.19%, at up to 65% LTV with the same fees, as well as a 4.99% deal for remortgages at up to 85% LTV, a £199 booking fee and no arrangement fee.

Sounds like the product to get the BTL market moving - I DON'T THINK! What are these product development people getting paid to do, and why even bother?
