Praxis unveils new management team

Praxis Mortgage Solutions has unveiled its new management team, to be headed up by managing director Arif Darr.
Darr was previously managing director of Melton’s broker subsidiary MBS Lending.
The packager will retain many of the original team, although founding directors Richard and Nick Stettner have left.
Operations director Andrew Scholes has been made redundant and his role has now been subsumed under that of Dudley Aldous, formerly sales and marketing director.
Aldous will take on a new title of director of sales, marketing and operations.
Angela Denham will be retained as head of finance and Kevin Emery has been promoted to the role of network relationships manager.
Steve Clayton, who previously had responsibility for IT at Melton Mowbray, will now be group IT manager with responsibility for both the society, its subsidiary MBS Lending, Melton Financial Services and Praxis.
Arif Darr, says: “We have no plans to change the name of the packager.
"We have retained many of the previous team as the business had a good reputation and was a pioneer in the industry since it launched 13 years ago.
