Praxis launches new freephone number

Praxis has switched all its phonelines to freephone numbers.
The new 0800 numbers are now up and running for all departments, including sales and operations.
Dudley Aldous, sales and marketing director at Praxis says the move was a direct result of broker feedback.
It also follows the launch of Mortgage Strategy's Hang Up On 0845 and 0870 campaign, which wants all lenders to change their broker help lines to free or locally charged lines.
Aldous says: “Offering the best possible service has always been our primary consideration.
"Recent customer satisfaction questionnaires have shown that, although our brokers were very happy overall, this is one area where we could further improve our offer.
“By listening to our brokers and being responsive to their wishes, we realized that switching to a freephone number was one way to provide an even better service.
“We are confident that this will make our offer increasingly popular with brokers and we look forward to working even more closely with them in the future.”
