Pink shuffles executive team
Kay Leslie, network services director at Pink, is now also responsible for IT, mortgage services, operations and human resources. She will also oversee the compliance functionalities at both Pink and BDS Mortgage Group.
Neil Hoare will now be sales and marketing director bringing sales and marketing onto the same team to increase communication and focus sales activity.
Lisa Hurley, director of finance, is now also responsible for legal, commercial relationships, risk and overseeing the financial arrangements of Pink’s subsidiary BDS.
David Copland will remain managing director of Pink but will work more closely with Phil Jay at BDS and parent company Skipton.
Copland says: “The changes we have made at Pink are a reflection of support for our growth plans for the future.
"I believe that when the market has returned to some kind of normality, we will be well placed to take advantage of the new mortgage industry landscape.”
