West One Loans makes three appointments

West One Loans has appointed three new members of staff at its Hertfordshire headquarters.

Andy Thurston joins from Tiuta as an underwriter/case manager, while Susan Bamberger - who has previously worked as a mortgage manager at Lloyds TSB - joins as collections manager.

West One Loans is also hiring Suzanne Stone, who will be supporting the administrative team and acting as a first point of contact for callers.

Duncan Kreeger, chairman of West One Loans, says: “Unlike the mainstream mortgage market, bridging is blossoming and we’re growing at quite a pace. These new hires reflect our desire to stay ahead of the game and take on even more new business in 2012 and beyond.”

He adds that the appointments will ensure the firm can continue to offer instant loan decisions when taking on more cases, as well as continuing to offer existing customers a good level of service.

  • This is great news, not only for the new recruits but also for the brokers that use bridging finance. It’s a big step in the right direction for a change. Well Done.
