Paaleads says London & Country deal will not compromise service

David Hollingworth, Our services will dovetail
Paaleads.com says its business will not be affected by the tie-up between parent Moneysupermarket.com and London & Country.
The partnership between the comparison website and the brok-erage means London &; Country picks up surplus calls that come through to Moneysupermarket. com’s telephone advice line.
London & Country has been taking these calls for the past two months when the volume of calls has been more than
Moneysupermarket.com’s inhouse brokers can cope with.
Dean Jones, head of Paaleads. com, says: “In terms of our company there is no change. When customers go online to access mortgage information it still goes through to our advisers.
“Our advisers are able to take most of the calls that come through. We can’t retail them to our broker customers so to pick up any overflow we have a deal in place with London & Country.”
Emma Walker, head of customer services at Moneysupermarket.com, says the service will help clients.
She adds that it will be particularly useful for those who are seeking information above and beyond what is available via the website’s
comparison tools.
Walker says: “Combining self-service searches with mortgage advice means customers will be able to get clear and impartial information to help them find the best deals.”
David Hollingworth, mortgage specialist at London & Country, says: “We are delighted that Moneysupermarket.com has chosen us as its partner to provide customers with mortgage advice. Our service will dovetail with the information available on the site.”
London & Country has a number of partnership deals in place with brands such as ComparetheMarket.com, Confused.com and Tesco Compare.
