Mortgage Strategy has kick-started its Define Advice campaign to sum up exactly what it is that brokers provide their customers through the advice process.
The aim is to come up with a clear manifesto, a definitive definition if you will, of advice that all brokers can use to better promote their services.
We want to know what you think - should the word advice be used to encapsulate a one-brand product sale, as well as a multi-brand whole of market sale? Or is advice more about the peace of mind and speed that using a broker can provide?
