One Account deals pulled from sourcing systems

RBS Intermediary Partners has temporarily withdrawn all its One Account products from sourcing systems due to unprecedented demand.
The intermediary lender says it had to make the decision in order to manage service levels.
A spokesman for RBSIP says: “In order that we continue to deliver achievable service levels to our intermediary partners, and manage business volumes more effectively, we have temporarily removed all One Account products from sourcing systems, with effect from Wednesday May 14, until further notice.
“The One Account product range will still be fully available through the website - www.rbsip.com.”
