NACFB unveils system to track cases and clients

Natalie Martin
The National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers has developed the first back office customer management system designed for commercial finance brokers.

The NACFB has been working with Bristol-based MortgageKeeper to develop CommercialKeeper, de-signed to allow brokers to keep track of clients and cases.

Adam Tyler, chief executive of the NACFB, says many brokers are facing staff cutbacks while still having to comply with data protection rules and keep track of cases.

He says: "Feedback from brokers who have tested the system has been excellent."

The NACFB has negotiated exclusive options for members including no upfront payments for the software, low maintenance costs and remote document storage.

Rick Watkin, managing director of MortgageKeeper, says: "CommercialKeeper will be remotely hosted and brokers can work from any location, potentially cutting office costs."
