Mortgage Next appoints Viva Costa

The new service will enable brokers to help clients buy properties overseas, either for their own use or as investment properties.
The service includes support identifying suitable properties, arranging finance and help with contractual issues. Viva Costa International will help brokers market the proposition to their clients and pay commission on all introduced business.
