Roger Morris leaves Affirmative for Precise
Roger Morris, sales and marketing director at Affirmative Finance, is leaving the bridging lender to join Precise Mortgages.

Morris joined Affirmative in November 2008 but says he accepted the job offer from Precise because the company offers a wider scope of products and a broader distribution network.
He will join Precise on March 28.
Morris says: “The decision to leave Affirmative was a difficult one. Over the last two years I have gained a lot from working alongside Eugene and the team at Affirmative.
“I was always made to feel a valued member of the team, and I am proud to have been able to contribute to the growth and development of the company.
“When I informed the company of my decision to leave, they understood my reasons and offered their support. I am confident that the strong relationship that I have with Affirmative will be long-lasting.”
Gary Lederberg, director of Affirmative, says: “It has been a pleasure having Roger with us for the last few years and the contribution he has made to the company during that time is much appreciated. We wish Roger great success in his new role.”
Prior to Affirmative Morris worked as managing director of mortgage packager em-financial for over seven years.

Roger is a Talisman for the specialist lending sector and his recruitment is a big win for Precise.
It's great to see some movement again; it can only be a good sign for a slowly recovering market.

I have to concur with Rob. That's a very positive signing for Precise. Roger will be a very hard act to follow for whomever takes his place.

A shrewd move, a cracking guy with a big heart, if only you could understand a word he says.

A tremendous asset to Precise and a sad loss to Affirmative. Roger, you are a man of exceptional skill and talent, genuine and honest - and a thoroughly nice person as well. I am delighted for you.
