SMS offers specialist bridging service to brokers

Solent Mortgage Services is offering a bridging service for brokers whose clients need funds quickly while long-term funding is arranged.
Ian Balfour, chief executive officer at SMS, says: “In this market, lenders are understandably cautious and their speed of service has suffered.
“Bridging finance properly handled, can provide the means to a swift resolution while the long-term funding is put in place at its own pace.”
