Mark Posniak joins Drawbridge Finance

Mark Posniak, head of business development for Linksfield Technologies and the former sales and marketing director of Cheval, is joining Drawbridge Finance as head of business development.
Posniak has spent the last year launching Linksfield’s Financial Sanctions vetting products, and readying Linksfield’s loan processing and underwriting system for launch in January 2010.
Larry Shapiro, director of Linksfield Technologies says: “While we are sad to see Mark leave, we understand his desire to return to the bridging sector where he was so successful in the past. Mark has left us in a strong position to capitalise on a stabilising mortgage market, with our richly featured loan processing and underwriting system (ELMER) now ready for launch into the specialist and general lender market.”
Jonathan Samuels, CEO of Drawbridge Finance says: “We are delighted with the capture of Mark and all the experience he brings with him. Our intentions for 2010 are clearly defined and Mark’s role will be to make Drawbridge the leading lender in the short term lending space.”
