Linx FS and Complete form strategic partnership
Linx FS and packager Complete Mortgage & Loan Services have formed a strategic partnership.
Both firms will be based at Complete’s HQ in Southampton and their respective logos have been combined in a new brand that includes Linx FS, Shoebox and Complete.
The announcement has been made at the two firm’s combined sales conference at St Mary’s football stadium today.
Linx FS is a system launched in 2009 by Phil Jay, the former managing director of BDS Mortgages, which allows mortgage brokers to introduce other financial services products to their clients. Shoebox is a new consumer facing website for brokers that both firms are launching at the conference today.
Jay says: “This is a significant step for us both and signifies the start of our growth plans for 2010. We aim to utilise our combined resources to ensure that brokers are in a position to truly enhance their worth to their clients and ensure that all additional revenue streams are fully utilised.”
Tony Salentino, chief executive officer of Complete Mortgage & Loans Services, adds: “The packaging and specialist arena remains a tough environment but there are some positive signs emanating for the intermediary market and this alliance will continue to drive both firms forward into 2010.”
