L&G appoints head of GI

Legal & General has appointed Peter Graham as managing director of its general insurance business.
Graham will report to John Pollock, group executive director of protection and annuities at L&G.
He has more than 15 years of executive management expertise of the general insurance market and was previously a chief executive at esure and Towergate.
Pollock says: “I would like to welcome Graham to L&Gl, and look forward to working with him in the future as we add further energy and direction to the good progress already made in delivering the general Insurance business strategy.”
