Northern Rock lowers broker rates

Northern Rock’s intermediary rates are being cut by 0.6% with the everyday 85% LTV rate at 4.89%.
Two-year fixed rates a 80% LTV will start from 4.35% with a £995 product fee or 4.99% without a fee.
And two-year deals with 85% LTV will start from 4.89% with a £995 product fee or 5.39% without a fee.
