NatWest to hold broker forum at the O2
NatWest Intermediary Solutions is holding the next in its series of Forum events at the O2 Arena on May 20.
The event will feature keynote speeches from Graham Felstead, head of intermediary channel at NatWest Intermediary Solutions; Robert Sinclair, director of the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries; and Grenville Turner, group chief executive officer at Countrywide.
Seminar sessions will cover topics such as government-backed schemes, regulation, marketing, high value mortgages, and business banking.
Representatives from TrigoldCrystal, NatWest business banking, and Coutts will be there, and brokers will also be able to take part in a NatWest Intermediary Solutions surgery.
There will be also be mystery special guest speaker from the world of sport.
Felstead says: “This is the third consecutive year that we have run this programme of events and, from the feedback we have received from delegates, we know that they are highly regarded and offer attendees a packed day full of ideas and opinions.
“It also gives us an invaluable opportunity to hear ‘first-hand’ from our business partners the burning issues that they are facing and provides a great forum for dialogue.”

They might have more interest ref attendance if they didn't dual price themselves out of the intermediary market. To call themselves Intermediary Solutions is frankly insulting.

My 'burning issue' is dual pricing from NatWest. Do they really have to hold a forum at the O2 to hear this?

Sounds exactly the same as last years event - Head of Intermediaries plus a couple of industry speakers and a sports personality. I attended the North East event where the main gripe from Brokers was dual pricing. Its a waste of time giving us the opprtunity to explain our burning issues if they then ignore them.

Did make me laugh on the comment on 25 Mar at 5:07pm. I understand the issues we have around Dual Pricing, however, not being able to spell it properly does suggest you have 'joined the bandwagon'.

The perfect way for intermediaries to show their discontent with the ongoing dual pricing is by non attendance of this event....what say you all, can we get some solidarity around this suggestion??
