Manchester Building Society added to Home of Choice panel

Manchester Building Society has been added to the Home of Choice lender panel.

The new arrangement means that the 387 HoC appointed representatives now have access to MBS residential, buy-to-let and commercial products.

Ian Richardson, executive director of Manchester Building Society, says: “We’re delighted to be added and are confident that HoC’s professional advisers will see real value by gaining access to our products. We are able to talk cogently about propositions and offer improved certainty that funding will be available to their clients, so that positive outcomes can more reasonably be expected. Cases can be discussed directly with our highly trained and experienced underwriting team, who conduct a personalised assessment of each application”.

John Ahmed, commercial director of Home of Choice, says: “Manchester Building Society’s innovative mortgages and access to Whiteaway Laidlaw Bank’s competitive Buy to Let products offer our brokers more options. Home of Choice is committed to bringing even more choice to our members and with the new partnership it adds another excellent facet to our ever-growing proposition.”
