Coventry launches fixed rate deals from 3.59%

Coventry Intermediaries is launching best buy fixed rate residential and buy-to-let mortgages with no arrangement fees starting from 3.59%.
The new fixed rate products are three-year fixed rates at 3.59% at 65% LTV and 3.79% at 75% LTV.
Coventry is also launching a three year fixed rate buy-to-let product at 4.49% and 50% LTV.
And it has a new 3.99% Flexx for term, at 50% LTV.
Colin Franklin, sales marketing director at Coventry Building Society, says: “These best buy products are ideal for borrowers looking to remortgage with low up front fees.
