TMA deal means advisers can be estate agents too

The Mortgage Alliance has teamed up with property portal Home Searcher to launch a service that allows brokers to effectively have their own online estate agency firms.

Directly authorised brokers with TMA can use Home Searcher to help clients buy and sell property in designated postcodes. They can also use it to generate mortgage leads.

Brokers will receive free leads for first-time buyers and secured loans from Home Searcher when these leads appear in specified postcodes.

Phil Whitehouse, head of TMA, says: “The cost and conversion level of leads is a growing problem and this partnership allows brokers to take more control of their lead generation.”
