Rock unveils tracker designed by broker

Northern Rock has launched a two-year tracker at 2.93% up to 70% LTV for brokers. The deal was the winner of the lender’s Design Your Own Mortgage Product competition which asked brokers to create deals. The winner, submitted by Mark Watson, has a £95 fee.
