Growth forecast for next year is reduced to 2.3%

The UK growth forecast has been revised down to 2.3% in 2011. The economy is now predicted to grow by 1.2% this year, 2.3% next year, 2.8% in 2012, 2.9% in 2013 and 2.7% in both 2014 and 2015.
