Exact appoints legal and compliance director

Exact has appointed Philip Horsfield as its director of legal and compliance.
He previously worked with the Morgan Stanley Group where he was director of legal and compliance at Advantage and prior to that he spent 15 years at Derbyshire Building Society, where he was instrumental in the launch of Salt and Salt Commercial.
Horsfield will be responsible for overseeing the legal, compliance, internal audit and operational risk functions at Exact and its recently launched lender Precise Mortgages.
