Don't be complacent on arrears, says CAB

Citizens Advice Bureau says the drop in the Council of Mortgage Lenders’ arrears figure is the calm before the storm. CAB has seen more than 25,000 arrears problems in Q2 2010 but expects this to rise with looming public sector cuts.
